This place was disgusting.holes in the walls and bathroom doors. No covers on power outlets or switches. Towels were dirty. Turned on the TV to watch the game and a porn channel came on. Should have known something was sketchy when the clerk wanted a deposit for the key return. Wife didn't feel safe at all. Glad I had my gun just in case. Booked for 2 nights but left after the first. Quite surprised it was even listed on Expedia. My nephews police friend told me he would probably be by later that night after I told him the name. Beware

Passport Inn & Suites has always been a good full circle situation the staff are very nice people very helpful and good pricing!! The location is rght off the freeway very convenient and there are many stores and restaurants in the surrounding area... Although they do need some remodeling done and new amenities and towels and furniture in the rooms but I highly recommend this hotel for any amount of time of Stay

Just right. In all ways.
I was having a pretty bad day. Upon my arrival at this motel though, it started to turn for thee better. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was standard, but clean and quiet with nice fluffy pillows. Everything worked correctly and it was good stay. Will return again.

I’ve stayed here before over a year ago and it seems like the conditions have gotten worse. Didn’t have a working fridge and the lights in the entire room were glitching and sometimes wouldn’t stay on. Definitely wasn’t worth the price but it was the only motel near with a reasonable price on a Friday.
