There were many cockroaches, 1 towel for the two of us, and very cleanly bedspreads, walls, toilet, ceiling, microwave, and so on. The staff was nice and there was convenience parking, though.

The bathrooms and the room for dirty not that clean I have pictures to show about my experience holes in the ceiling in the bathroom running toilet just overall I'm not a not a good experience very dissatisfied probably won't stay there ever again would like customer service to reach out to me so I can file a formal complaint against that hotel and see if I can get a refund cuz I'm not happy sincerely Debbie loskowski Can reach me at 951-359-9755

The staff were very friendly and polite but aside from that everything was pretty terrible. When I arrived I got told that my room had been upgraded from a one bed to a two which seemed cool till I got inside. For starters it was a no smoking room but reeked of cigarettes and didn’t smell the greatest, there was a hole in the wall, dust caked certain places and the bathroom was in shambles. It had no cover for the light and was covered in dust/gunk and there was no shower head. Best thing I can say about the hotel room is that the door lock works.

This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, homeless people on the lawn as we entered kids running around the parking lot homeless people permitted to live there there were men riding their bikes inside parking lot selling drugs & people buying drugs loitering on stairs we asked for towels and they literally gave us stained towels looked like they just wiped their dirty car with it, it was horrible the AC leaked water I slipped and fell on the pool of water on the floor… IT WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST DO NOT STAY HERE

The room was dirty, there was a hole in the shower as well as there was holes in the blanket on the bed. There was not a fitted sheet on the bed just a flat sheet tucked under the mattress. When I lifted up the blanket there was maybe crumbs? Not sure what it was but it was little black stuff on the bed. The paint was peeling off the walls and it looked like there was blood on the wall also. The area looks like people actually live there. There are numerous drug addicts, drug dealers and sketchy people outside even with the curtains closed and the door locked it felt unsafe.

Check in was fast and straight forward, let us check in an hour earlier but the room was dirty and had bugs. We never recieved the towels even after asking several times. Tagging on the walls in the bathroom, the room had bugs, the bath tub was clogged never drained, and I'm pretty sure the last tenant was a drug dealer. People kept knocking on our door all night and day long. The last day of our trip we were locked out and had to have management master relock the whole unit just to open our door.

The only thing worse than all the cockroaches inside the room, were all the human cockroaches outside of the room. Homeless people and drug addicts everywhere as well as gang activity all taking place in the parking lot of this motel. Screaming, yelling and aggressive sketchy behavior everywhere. Inside the room was an infestation of roaches. Dead roaches all over the floor, table and surfaces and living roaches scurrying about all over the walls, bathtub, bed and even toilet. I rented this room over expedia for 2 nights and my kids and I left after one hour. If you're looking for a decent place to stay for the night...Do Not Come Here. If you're trying to score some fentanyl or a reasonably priced hooker this is your spot. But for the rest of you with some standards and self respect..........you've been warned.

Highly unsafe with individuals smoking Fentanyl on the stairs. The room was dirty with only one towel. When I asked the front office for an additional towel they said house keeping was not available. The staff are evening afraid to walk outside and their door closed. High price for such a stay I would not recommend for families. Very loud noises from the homeless walking up and down the stairs. Homeless also leaving trash and paraphernalia on the stairs.
