This listing is intended for interim housing. Please do not inquire if you are looking for permanent primary housing. See the Terms below.

$7,500 Monthly rent, $3,000 Security Deposit (Refundable), $50 application fee per adult, One time cleaning fee $650, pets are allowed with prior approval ONLY (No Cats). $500 pet fee per pet AND $150 pet rent per pet per month. Tenants will be provided with $100 monthly utility allowance for gas and electric combined and $100 monthly water cap. Any overage is tenants responsibility.
