The bedrooms feature 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds complete with bumpers for the kids if needed. With amenities like an entrance ramp, AC, WiFi, and a beautiful tree lined neighborhood your stay will be relaxing, comfortable and convenient. The lovely interior design creates a soothing atmosphere with a bit of funk, making the perfect vacation feel away from home. No parties, events or filming. No smokers of any kind. There are cameras on the exterior of the home. 2 parking spaces. We look forward to welcoming you to our home.

Nestled near the City
Anyone familiar withRiverside understands that it is a republic of neighborhoods and this location would be considered one of the best. Anyone visiting Riverside for business at UCR,CBU or Loma Linda will find this unit close enough to the main attractions but still quiet and rural enough to allow you to relax. The place was clean and had all amenities.

I loved the unique design of this property. The art inside was spectacular and snacks/bathroom accommodations were very appreciated! I do wish there was a designated outdoors smoking area within at least a 1 mile radius of the property but the lack of one is understandable. I am a little bummed I accidentally left a few personal items (2 Polaroid pics) at the property and never received a response back from our host regarding this. Otherwise great experience
