"Awesome old(Victorian?) building. Spacious room & spacious bathroom. Most of the decor appears to be antique. Could use a little sprucing up but, overall a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and treated us like family instead of visitors. "

"Extremely nasty dirty place. Urine all over the toilet seat and hair. Bathtub dirty sink dirty kitchen dirty. Flies everywhere. Mold on walls. Missing outlet covers. Unfinished walls. Front door lock didnt work at 1 point. Rotten food in the refrigerator and drawers of the cabinets. "

"This was perfect location for our stay. We had a wedding to attend and it was a quick wkend trip. We had trouble with booking via vrbo site itself and the owner was great to work with over that. The kids enjoyed the game room, the train nearby didn’t sound as close as it was and wasn’t a problem for us . This was perfect location for our stay. The airforce museum is right accross the street , and Pettitbon coffee is like a mile down the road (highly recommend). We would stay here again."

"I can not say enough good things about this property, our stay and the hosts! From the time of booking upon checking out every single thing was perfect! Bonnie was incredibly quick with communication and went way above and beyond our expectations! She had our favorite snacks stocked and ready and even surprised me with a birthday cake and gift card to a local coffee shop (which was sooo good!). We had an issue with the street parking but Bonnie insisted on helping us to make it right. The house...

"Friend and myself were came to Dayton the night before our board exams so we didnt have to drive in the morning and we had a very nice, quiet evening. Check in and out was easy and would stay again if ever in Dayton."
