"Walking in the door to the sound of a voice calling out "Cheri is that you?" set the tone for what proved to be a most pleasant stay. Brenda has put her heart and soul into this BnB and it shows in every way. Breakfast was a full, delicious buffet, the room was so comfortable I was asleep in minutes, and the menagerie of critters is a real treat. Brenda makes everyone feel comfortable and genuinely cares about ensuring they have a terrific experience. I'd return to Iowa just to stay here......

"We had a wonderful early Friendsgiving at this VRBO. Communication with the owner was flawless and there was plenty of space to feel comfortable while we were inside. Proximity to campus is amazing. Very quiet unit that is nicely maintained. "
