"For a Budget Property it is very good. The inside of the rooms is much better than the outside. Clean, neat and well maintained. The only issue I had was noisy guests and yelling un controlled kids. It appears there maybe long term residents, not just casual Motel rooms."

"First, I booked a king deluxe room and did not get the king bed that was listed. Second, I was at the motel a total of 3 hours.
