"Immaculately clean and well-equipped apartment with good internet and smart TVs in all rooms. Good quality (and quiet) air conditioning throughout and was much needed. Pool was clean and well looked after. Hosts live upstairs and were kind and helpful. Only drawback is the A8 motorway which can obscure the beautiful view of the valley and does have some noise which is only heard when outside the property. We had a great stay!"

You have to have a car to stay here and the winding mountain roads are not for inexperienced drivers, but it's a lovely place to relax and the pool is very refreshing with stunning views. There are also great roads and paths for hiking and running. The two main bedrooms are a good size with access to a lovely terrace. The outside area is the star of the show with the amazing views and a pretty garden. "We had a great week in Menton in this central villa. Everything you need is so close by. The pool, BBQ and terrace were perfect. The house has lots of rooms and is well stocked with towels and kitchen equipment. It is quite cluttered with furniture and ornaments but everything is clean. We had an issue with the broken dishwasher door and the water temperature during our stay. The good weather and location made this a great week."

"Villa Anka is a litlle bit difficult to find as this address is not on google maps.The location is really in the sky, good for hiking. Not so convenient to go down to the sea as the road is really difficult, steep and narrow. The house is older, but still fine. Great collection of music - 60s, 70s- we really liked that. Unfortunatelly no free wifi. The view from the balcony was awsome."

"Nice property with an absolutely amazing view. Property is clean and well equipped. Bedrooms are comfortable. Outdoor areas are great. Location is a bit of a challenge in that the road leading to the house is steep and very windy. Walking to town is "possible" but it's a long way. Overall, a nice place to stay."

"The property is beautiful and the setting is stunning with amazing views out to sea. Be prepared for the 15 min drive up small mountain roads from Alassio, lots of blind corners and hair-pin bends which mean you don’t pop out for milk etc easily. The property manager is on site and is helpful if you need beach or shopping suggestions. The facilities at the property are good and our children (8,11,13) loved the pool. There is however a lot of concern from the property manager about noise...

"Leider hatten wir das Inserat nicht genau genug gelesen bzw. etwas missverstanden. Wir haben aufgrund unserer Such "Rosella" angezeigt bekommen und gebucht. Vor Ort haben wir dann festgestellt, dass es sich dabei um eine Wohnung in einem 3-Appartment-Haus handelt. Die Bilder, die dem Inserat begefügt sind, zeigen Ansichten aus allen 3 Wohnungen. Auch war uns nicht klar, dass sich der Pool im Garten des Vermieters befindet und die Teilabdeckung dauerhaft ist. Aber wir hatten Glück - die anderen...
