"The hotel is just outside the main shopping area, but within east waling distance. Transport links are within a 15-20 minute walk from the bus or train stations. "This is an old hunting lodge type hotel with plenty of old character; displaying stuffed animals, everyday items from yesterday year hanging from the ceilings, walls or perched on windowsills! Each of the 40 plus rooms upstairs were named by European cities as well as numbered. You had an old fashioned key to open & close your room! Our room 'Turku' was a tad stuffy, although there was a ceiling fan or windows to open as an option. Breakfast had a good selection of hot & cold, cereals, pastries...
