Studio sleeping corner (20m²) COMPLETELY DONE AGAIN, for 4 people at the foot of the slopes, departure and return with skis on, close to shops and activities in a quiet and pleasant residence (Le Cristal).

The studio consists of a bunk bed conforming to security standards, a 2-seater sofa in the living room with flat screen tv, an equipped kitchenette (+ fondue and raclette, Nespresso and toaster), a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a terrace and a ski locker in the basement of the building directly overlooking the slopes.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Tout était conforme à l'annonce. Le propriétaire est très réactif et serviable pour arriver avec sérénité en vacances. En plus d'une belle station et de bonnes commodités autour, l'agence qui s'occupe de l'appartement est aussi très compétente...Je recommande évidement !

Appartement bien entretenu, WC pas très fonctionnel à cause du chauffe eau posé au dessus. Porte accordéon pas très pratique et manque quelques tablettes dans la salle de bain. Une petite table et chaises sur le balcon serait un plus. Le propriétaire est très sympa et répond rapidement. Idéal pour se reposer. La piscine nordique sympa ainsi que de magnifiques paysages à découvrir en rando.

Très chouette station familiale l'été !
Logement très agréable et bien équipé dans la station de Risoul qui offre beaucoup de possibilités pour des vacances familiales. La piscine est à deux pas elle est très agréable, luge dévale très ludique, accrobranche, descentes en VTT , cinéma, ballades. .. ne pas hésiter à prendre le pass "all inclusive" très bon marché pour une famille de 4 . Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine .Il a fait très beau nous étions dehors toute la journée, heureusement sinon le logement est un peu petit pour 4, mais il est très bien organisé et très bien pensé !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour++++ dans votre appartement, chaque espace est optimisé. Il est refait à neuf et très propre. Rien ne manque. il est idéalement placé à 2 pas du front de neige et au pied des pistes ! Un grand merci pour votre disponibilité car vous avez répondu rapidement à chacune de nos interrogations. A très bientôt pour un nouveau séjour à Risoul, station où l'accueil y est chaleureux +++++

Séjour à Risoul très agréable
Séjour à deux du 6 au 13 août dans un tout petit appartement très propre et très fonctionnel au cœur de la station Risoul 1850. Très bien aménagé, semble remis à neuf, très confortable, à un prix très abordable. Nous recommandons...!!! (je pense trop petit pour 4 adultes). Station très agréable l'été avec une jolie piscine municipale et beaucoup d'activités pour la famille.

bel appartement , fonctionnel, conforme a la description, idéalement situe c est un gros point fort [piste de luge a 2min , creche en face , commerce a coté] .chauffé a notre arrivée très appréciable avec des enfants . personnellement ce qui nous a manque c est un rideau de séparation salon chambre [famille avec enfant de moins de 5 ans sinon pas gênant]. a reloué avec plaisir et a recommandé , de plus le séjour en nuitées est accepté ce qui n est pas le cas de tous. l agence qui s occupe de la location se trouve en face de l immeuble , point positif.

Nos vacances à Risoul
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans votre studio qui est très propre et fonctionnel L'accès aux pistes est parfait Nous étions accompagnés par notre fils de 6 ans qui rejoignait tout les matins l'école de ski par les pistes et de notre fille de 13ans qui a pu faire des sorties après le ski sans inquiétude Tout était prévu dans l'appartement jusqu'au kit de nettoyage Rarement vu auparavant Merci pour tout

STUDIO LE CRISTAL/RISOUL
le studio est très bien agencé, situé aux abords des pistes, son accessibilité est aussi un point fort. très bien pensé et rénové, cette location est à recommander. Seul Bémol, le personnel de l'agence OPTIM qui est en charge des clés, peu sympathique et peu commerçant, tout le contraire du propriétaire!!! Si vous cherchez une location à Risoul, ce studio vous satisfera.

Très bon séjour
L'appartement est très agréable car entièrement refait à neuf et avec une décoration moderne. Il est aussi très propre, ce qui est très appréciable. La salle de douche est très jolie. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, il y avait même les produits d'entretien et les éponges étaient emballées dans des petits sacs individuels. Vraiment très propre. Rien à redire. Résidence très calme et bien placée par rapport aux pistes et aux commerces. Je recommande ! Seul petit bémol : nous avions emmené beaucoup (trop) de valises et de sacs, du coup 20 m2 pou 4, ça faisait juste. Mais, bon, on emmènera moins de choses l'an prochain ;-) Merci pour ce séjour. Risoul est vraiment une super station pour les familles.

Appartement sympa et bien place , le proprietaire et tres reactif si vous avez des questions .Le seul bémol et qu'on doit libérer la location le matin a 10h donc pas de douche apres la journée de ski et se changer dans la voiture dommage
