ACCOMMODATION CAPACITY

This 30m² apartment can accommodate up to 10 people but this will have an impact on your comfort.

**We recommend you to be 4 to 5 people MAXIMUM if you wish to keep a minimum of personal space.**

Some groups prefer to stay tighter, in order to stay together and pay less. In the end, it is up to you to decide what is the most important for you: comfort or conviviality ;)

ACCOMMODATION LAYOUT

The apartment, located on the ground floor of residence Altaïr, is laid out as follows :

- A bedroom with triple bunk beds (the top bed is not suited for an adult as it is very close to the ceiling)
- A living room with
* 1 sofa/truckle beds (forming at your choice 1 double bed or 2 single beds)
* 2 double beds and 1 single bed on the mezzanine
- A fully equipped kitchen
- 2 bathrooms with in each 1 shower and 1 toilet
- A terrace

Caution: the space between the mezzanines and the ceiling is limited, but okay.

There is 50m between the exit of the ski locker room and the beginning of the ski area. And from there you can easily reach the meeting point of ski lessons.

**3/ Super-equipped accommodation with many beds**

The accommodations are designed in a practical and comfortable manner. The space has been optimized to accommodate numerous beds, but also plenty of storage. RisoulSki allows families or groups of friends to come together in the same apartment, out of a desire to be together or for financial reasons.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING WITH RISOULSKI

**1/ Bed sheets and towels**

You have the choice :

- Either you bring your bed linen and towels with you

- Either you rent those via RisoulSki: €11/single bed kit; €14/double bed kit; €5/large towel; €8/kit of towels (one large and 2 small)

**2/ End of stay cleaning**

Cleaning is not included in the reservation price, as we leave the choice to you.

- Either you do the cleaning yourself, and you must then leave the apartment in impeccable condition.

- Either you subscribe, after your reservation, to the cleaning option for €60. You will then just have to clean the kitchen area, wash and put away the dishes, fold the duvets and take out the trash.

**3/ Arrival before 5 p.m. and departure after 10 a.m.**

At RisoulSki, check-in is from 5 p.m., check-out must take place before 10 a.m., latest deadline.

If you wish to enjoy the apartment for longer, it is a priori possible (depending on availability). Here are the current prices:

- Arrival at 3 p.m.: €40; Arrival at 1 p.m.: €60; Arrival at 11 a.m.: €80

- Departure at 12 p.m.: €40; Departure at 2 p.m.: €60; Departure at 4 p.m.: €80

**4/ Tourist tax**

The tourist tax (0.88€/pers/night) is not included in the price. It must be paid after your booking directly to RisoulSki.

- Duvets, pillows, mattress protectors on each bed. Reminder: you must bring your own bed linen or rent it!

- At the foot of the ski slopes : there is 50m between the residence and the ski area

ACCESS

The entire check-in/check-out procedure is automatic. Keys are in a keybox just outside your apartment. You can therefore arrive whenever you want after 5 pm.

Check-out must be done before 10 am, at the latest.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

**1/ Deposit of €300 to be secured BEFORE your arrival**

A deposit of €300 must be secured by credit card before your arrival. The operation is carried out via the secure online deposit service Swikly.

The procedure is fast and simple: you will receive an email with a link to follow, 7 days before your arrival.

The amount of €300 is not debited from your card, nor even blocked. This is a simple verification that you have this amount in your bank account. You are also better protected: Swikly manages your deposit and any withdrawal, if it should take place, must be justified on our part with photos, invoices, etc. Swikly is therefore much preferable to a deposit deposited in cash or even taken on a credit card, where the host has complete power over your money.

For these undeniable advantages, Swikly asks for a €6.78 service fee, which is the responsibility of our guests. We also pay a service fee on our side.

**2/ Inventory of entry and exit**

To facilitate your arrival and departure, the entry and exit inventory is done by you, using text and photos. The procedure is simple and easy to use.

**3/ Parking**

There is no specific parking at the residence but many free spaces in the immediate vicinity. There is also paid covered parking in the center of the resort.

**4/ No breakfast**

RisoulSki rents apartments. This is not a hotel.

**5/ Baby bed and chair on request**

We can provide you with a travel cot and a baby chair, if you request them. Please let us know as soon as possible as we have limited stock.

**6/ Pets allowed**

Pets are allowed at no extra charge at RisoulSki. They nevertheless remain under the responsibility of their master.

**7/ Large groups**

It is possible to twin this apartment with other apartments in the same residence, do not hesitate to contact RisoulSki!

OFF SEASON

RisoulSki offers its apartments and studios 365 days a year, even when the resort is closed. RisoulSki welcomes nature lovers and workers in all seasons.

Off season, shops and restaurants are also apparently all closed. Just do your shopping in the valley before going up to Risoul and you will be independent.

It is best to contact the Risoul Tourist Office for exact information on possible activities, available services, etc.

Annonce fidèle aux prestations
Mon avis est un peu biaisé par le fait que je sois proprio sur la station. La procédure et les directives avant l'arrivée sont trop froides à mon goût mais nécessaires. J'ai eu tout de même Benoit au téléphone et de nombreux échanges mails. C'est un appartement loué à l'année donc oui le passage entraîne des dégradations : il est temps de faire des modifications sur la literie sale à l'intersaison si possible. Le nombre de couchages est, comme il est dit dans l'annonce le point principal. C'est respecté bien que je fus seule avec 2 enfants. A mon sens, il faudrait de la place pour mettre sa nourriture (vraie galère), retirer la moquette toute tachée et peu saine à la montagne au RDC, effectuer un vrai ménage entre les locataires car à 60 € la poussière, la douche encrassée et le tartre dans un WC ce n'est pas top et surtout arrêter de faire payer 8 € pour la gestion de la caution ! C'est au proprio de payer ces frais et non aux locataires à mon avis. Je considère tout de même que l'annonce est conforme sachant la gestion compliquée de la location d'un appartement.
