Cozy and beautiful
"Our stay was wonderful. The owner is absolutely the best. Empire is so cozy, it doesn't feel like other hotels. Its more like someones home. We had a beautiful view of the Ohio river. We hope to go back when its warm out. It has a beautiful porch to relax on. Thank you Marsha."

The "Lodge" rooms were large. The buildings were decorated beautifully. The riverboat casino is old and dusty. Slot machines are very, very old. Few video slots. The casino is small. In three hours, there was no wait service. Poor casino and poor re
