"The house was cute, and the location was good. We liked the woods and stream around the house and the quiet road it was on. The views of the woods out the windows were lovely. There were a few old board games for the kids, but not much else for them to do when it was raining. The TV worked well, and we had internet. These instructions were addressed to another individual and dated 2021, which seems to be an indication of the last time the property had any attention. Arrival was fairly smooth, following the instruction sheet. The exterior of the house was somewhat worn, with sections of missing gutter, worn paint, and loose entry steps.
