They took the time to walk my family around the facility, show me where our rooms were, how to access them with the codes, the dining area, and even made me a coffee as we covered the breakfast time. "A truly horrible experience. Do not recommend anyone to go to this place. First of all we arrived at night they went to the parking lot they did not know English they drove us crazy they brought us to another hotel that also belongs to them and just understood that it was a mistake and we were right. The room had a heavy smell of smoking even though it was nonsmoking rooms, they did not know any English was hard to communicate sucks at the levels we just wanted to go and leave the place no one...

"Piña, the owner, and her son Andrea, were the perfect hosts. Set on the top of a mountain, this hotel was very quiet and peaceful, but had good access to surrounding area. The restaurant was great, we ate there on both nights we stayed, and the quality of the food and the way it was cooked was superb. Likewise, the breakfasts were delicious, and filling! "
