"Everything was generally good with two exceptions. After placing our lunch order, we waited 1 hour and 33 minutes for our lunch to arrive at our table! This is not acceptable. The employees had their total and full attention on a large table of 20 people. The large group of people placed their food orders 3 minutes before us and were served their food in 35 minutes. Also the breakfast buffet on Saturday and Sunday is total chaos, on the weekend the service is lacking."
