Upon checking in (which they are very strict on 3pm) not even a minute sooner they double charged me and it took 3 days for reimbursement. No apologies and the lady at the counter was very rude. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel ..."

"The casino is clean and large with no smoking, so if you're a gambler, it's a great place to go. The rooms are nothing spectacular for the price. The pools are beautiful and there are things to do poolside, like cornhole."
