"Staff are super helpful and friendly, the hotel is spotlessly clean. I really want to leave a good review as they are trying so hard, but there are shortcomings that could easily be addressed. The rooms are pretty basic and a couple of glasses, a hairdryer, extra towels etc would make a huge difference. ..."

We stayed here to visit Las Coloradas. we thought that we needed a whole day to visit the area. We didn't take any tour because fishermen wanted double than what we paid for our tour on Lake Bacalar. No wonder there are very few tourists in the area.

Best way to book a boat tour is to make arrangements late afternoon before along the Malecon. 1 captain offered me the tour for 800 pesos. Wife had already arranged a tour with another boat for 1200 pesos
