"We just got back from our trip, all went well. Pool is literally two steps away. If you are sitting outside the back you can see the pool that was very nice. Beach access was super easy walk. Beds were super comfy! The only thing I would say was it needed a fresh paint but other than that it was so comfortable and a lot of space! Host was very nice and answered any question I had. You won’t regret booking this room. "

The check-in process was annoying - first at La Copa where the desk clerk kept us waiting for 20 minutes while she assisted her colleague with all his clients. "It was pretty difficult to get support using the phone. I keep being pass to different group. It is common to hear 'we don't support Sunchase IV and then when we call the given number it goes to voicemail. I left multiple voice message and no one got back to us. Very bad. Getting additional tissue paper was also an issue. The additional foldable bed support is also damaged. There are missing bulbs as well."
