"My stay at the Vivo Resort was amazing, the only slight inconvenience was the road to get there was a bit confusing and a little bumpy. However overall the staff was very friendly, the food was quite delicious, the rooms are amazingly beautiful and clean, the private beach was very calming and gorgeous, and I felt very safe during my time there."

Pool is a great place to cool off and restaurant has nice options with local foods that were delicious. We were in the area for a family wedding and stayed for four days. We hope to return! "This home is beautiful, and the splash pool is wonderful! You can walk 10 minutes to the turtle release and beach. The beach is beautiful, but no swimming or surfing there. The location is quite far from town; you will need to rent a car or a motorcycle to get into Puerto Escondido, and the road into town can be a bit challenging during the rainy season. We enjoyed visiting the nearby town of Bajo de Chile, which is closer than Puerto Escondido. We were there during the low season, so we were usually the only people in the neighborhood, which was kind of too quiet. The local manager was very helpful when we needed help with anything."
