"Place is very nice! They definitely need some improvements in the gym area. Very nice staff. Everyone was really accommodating, specially Edwin, Souza, Stefany and Vanessa. "This hotel is a dump like no other. Having booked a superior room I was given a basic room in the basement with no window. Upon complaining, I was sent to a second room which was also basic and windowless. Finally, I got a "superior" room as in the published pictures but it was half-buried (see picture). "Hubo una falla con el aire acondicionado. La reporté, no se solucionó. El sistema nunca enfrió a los 22°C y el día que me puse a planchar la ropa, el cuarto se calentó. Como tenia otra reserva, pedi cambio de habitación. Vamos a ver como me va. Por lo demas no hay queja, el desayuno espectacular. El gym, básico pero para mis necesidades bueno."
