Posotive surprise
After reading other reviews we didnt expect anything special, but we were positively surprised. The cleaning during our stay was very nice and the pool was awsome

Hotel entrance was nice but once we got to the room it was dirty and filthy! There were 2 cockroaches but when we contacted the stuff they said it was normal. The shower were dirty and I didn’t want to step a foot inside we were scared of fungus and contagious deseases. They didn’t provided a charged due to the outlets are different, they refused a late check out, they charged us money to keep the luggage’s for a late pick up, overall an awful experience and I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Totally horrible from the beginning to the end. The room was bad smelling and badly cleaned. The toilet was not flushing and we had to live with this for 2 days. The staff was very ignorant and not serviceminded at all. Not resolving the toilet issue.The breakfast was very bad and the foid was cold.Charging extra for safe and early check in of 200rs. Cannot recommend this hotel for anyone.

Cockroaches ! Con’s- This is an awful property- don’t get conned by the facade or entrance ! Staff unhelpful - ask anything “ wait for manager who starts work at 09:00-can’t help you “ don’t care if your tour starts before , Holes in the wall 2ft hole exposed to out behind loud air conditioner, toilet -> You can hear others & inappropriate sounds coming thro as top ceiling of the toilet is a grill - not sure if others can actually see you !! Hear people all the time / plus bedroom wall paper thin- hear phones ringing next door !- Privacy ? No coffee in room or kettle Little or no proper charging unit in room They ring you incessantly 1/2 hour before check out time. Old building Probably ideal for 1 level above back packer hostel. Pros - Close to Beach Small pool on floor 14( not 13) 3 star breakfast only No - we wouldn’t stay here or recomend it

People at the front desk don’t care about the cuatomer, after a long flight I was ready to get some rest, Front desk don’t do nothing to help out with early check in, there were a lot of ppl waiting to check in, they told us to wait till 3pm, We waited, but by the time was 3pm there were 2 guests that arrive that time, and rhey get their rooms before all the people that were waiting for more than 2 hours. My room wasn’t ready because they’re “cleaning it “ when I get to the room bathroom dirty, I found other people hair in the sink, shower was leaking, glassdoor was with water, I stepped out next day, I came back to the room it wasn’t cleaned, I saw the lady on my floor, I went down to the lobby, almost 2 hours down there, I went up again, my room was still not cleaned, I called the front desk to get some towels, soap and shampoo, I told them not to clean anymore, I needed some rest.

Hotel antigo. Todos os quartos tem ar condicionado de janela (não são do tipo split), fazendo muito barulho. O ar do meu quarto não estava funcionando e não foi consertado durante minha estadia. No dia que fez 40 graus, nem ligar o equipamento era capaz. Além disso, achei o café da manhã bem ruim. Até pão velho tive o azar de pegar em uma das manhãs. Posso ter sido azarado, mas a minha experiência foi bem ruim.

Uma tragédia de hospedagem
Minha experiência foi de chorar Minha estadia foi marcada por uma série de problemas que tornaram a experiência insuportável: 1. Condições do quarto: Quarto insalubre: encontramos quatro baratas (meu marido precisou matá-las). Colchão rasgado e exposto, com lençóis manchados que não cobriam a cama adequadamente nos fazendo ter contato com colchão sujo, manchado e fedido. Banheiro com vazamentos, alagado, rejuntes com m lodo, e o chuveiro só funcionava ao abrir um registro do lado de fora do box. A torneira sem agua Solicitamos limpeza duas vezes, mas ninguém veio arrumar o quarto nem retirar os restos de barata, muito menos trocar as toalhas. 2. Estrutura do hotel: Parte do hotel estava em obra, e uma britadeira no quarto ao lado tornou o ambiente insuportável durante o dia. Apesar de pedirmos uma troca de quarto, a gerente informou que não poderia fazer nada e que deveríamos aguardar até as 17h. que os pedreiros encerrariam o dia. 3. Atendimento ao cliente: Fui maltratada pela recepção ao solicitar a mudança de quarto.No dia do checkout, fomos acordados pela recepção às 9h30, avisando que deveríamos desocupar o quarto até as 11h, sem tolerância, sob pena de cobrar R$ 200. 4. Serviços e alimentação: Café da manhã básico, com sucos artificiais (Tang) e pouca variedade. Conclusão: Foi, sem dúvidas, a pior experiência de hospedagem que já tive. O hotel é sujo, barulhento e mal administrado. Não recomendo a ninguém e espero que outros clientes não passem por isso.

Limpeza ruim, hotel razoável. Atendimento é bom.
O hotel é bem antigo e com certeza precisa de uma reforma. O atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom. Porém a limpeza do quarto, do ambiente do café da manhã, a variedade do café da manhã, deixam muito a desejar. O banheiro do quarto é lastimável, com mofo, barata, goteiras. Porém o restante do quarto é aceitável. Os elevadores também são antigos e funcionam de forma errática.

Li todas as avaliações antes de fecharmos com a expectativa de ja ter saído solucionados por seremos simples más não nada mudou limpeza péssima minha esposa tem reniti e a alergia atacou quase que estragando o nosso passeio eu mesmo retirei o filtro do a/c e fiz uma limpeza e pela quantidade de sujeira havia anos que não se fazia higienização. O hotelaria é muito bom. tivemos a impressão de que os funcionários não estão sendo bem pagos pela falta de profissionalismo ou ingerência. Atribuímos a péssima experiência a administração.

Deixa desejar
Só se hospedem nele se não tiver nenhuma outra opção. O ar condicionado fazia tanto barulho que passou toda a estadia desligado pra eu conseguir dormir em paz. Tinha baratinhas pelo quarto. Um dos elevadores batia no chão quando parava que chega dava medo de despencar. O café é fraco com poucas opções, e muita coisa dormida. Dava pra ouvir tudo que conversavam no quarto ao lado. A cama é muito baixa porém enorme e macia. O chuveiro deixa a desejar o hotel em si tem aspecto de antigo, o gerente deveria investir em uma reforma. A porta da varanda a noite batia tanto que tinha que colocar a cadeira pra evitar o barulho A limpeza é ótima e o atendimento humano impecável nada a reclamar sobre os trabalhadores somente sobre as condições do hotel que poderia ser melhor
