Best Barra Location!
We stayed here a few times already because it’s beachfront and close to lots of dining options, groceries, and pharmacies. Comfortable room with king size bed and gorgeous views!

The hotel is not organized ever time you ask for Sam thing they has to send to two people people first them the give you a tower or any item ! The break fast has nothing ,no caputino machin , no toaster, everything is to tip !

I had to replace room keys twice as they won't open the door, finally, I was changed to another bedroom. Staff looked like overwhelmed. I paid for breakfast at the restaurant, it was not bad, but expensive for the quality and variety of food.

Quarto com vista parcial do mar, extremamente limpo e organizado, maravilhoso o atendimento dos colaboradores, gentis, educados. Ótimo lugar para se hospedar. Apenas um adendo o banheiro possui pouca luz próximo ao espelho para que nós mulheres possamos nos maquiar, além disso nota 10!

Estive hospedado no Hotel Royalty recentemente e, infelizmente, minha experiência foi bastante insatisfatória, principalmente em relação ao processo de check-in. Ao chegar, enfrentei uma longa espera, pois a equipe não conseguia localizar minha reserva. Para minha surpresa, a atendente que estava me atendendo abandonou o meu caso e deu prioridade a outros hóspedes, o que gerou um constrangimento ainda maior. Após uma espera de mais de uma hora, sem qualquer explicação ou atenção adequada por parte da equipe, fui finalmente atendido. No entanto, ao final do processo, não recebi nenhuma oferta para compensar o péssimo atendimento que experimentei. Essa falta de consideração por parte do hotel é inaceitável, e certamente não condiz com as expectativas que se tem de um estabelecimento que preza pela qualidade no atendimento. Espero que a administração do hotel possa rever seus procedimentos e a capacitação de sua equipe, para que outros hóspedes não passem pela mesma situação desconfortável

A Internet não funciona. O café da manhã é horrível. A suposta cama king é na verdade a junção de duas camas e fica aquela madeira incomodando no meio. Torneiras pingando. Só salva a praia, mesmo assim o hotel não fornece nada.

A localização do hotel é o seu ponto forte! As instalações são boas, porém todo o hotel é muito escuro, do quarto a portaria! A cama e chuveiro são bons, mas as toalhas estão finas de tão usadas, precisando urgente de troca. O café da manhã, deixa um pouco a desejar…tem o básico, mas nada excepcional.
