Clean modern room, easy check in, convenient foot bridge to airport for early AM flight, caught easy after waking up only two hours before the flight. Nice shower, high quality soap and conditioner.

Walking distance from SDU Airport. Great for a lay over or 2 days. Clean room. Quality linen, towels. Weekend staff limited English language. Very few eating places nearby. Breakfast price steep. But practical for a few days. Metro not close either … a good 15 min. walk .

It is not safe place I recommend not sleep in this hotel, the security guards, the hotel he was connect with a girl she is a hooked and they try to get money from me at this hotel the security was knocking my door Many time I dint open.

Likes: Room and bed was comfortable, nice size. Internet was a good speed. Dislikes: Hair on the shower wall, No adapters availablefor Brazilian electrical plugs, no USB plugs for charging cell phones, Staff was not very helpful - I asked for an iron, it was never delivered. I asked for late check out at 2PM instead of 12 noon and was told I'd have to pay for a half day extra. ( I declined) Property was not fully booked, so asking for a late checkout should not require paying a half day. Staff didn't go out of their way to accommodate, just did the bare minimum, No smiles, just plain faces with no emotion. Very rare to see this in Rio. Overall, it was just a one day layover and place to lay my head, but next time I'd stay at the Prodigy hotel on the other side of Santos Dumont airport where the Customer service is much better and the connected Bossa Nova mall and food options are excellent.

Bathroom let down
One night stopover convenient for SDU airport (although our flight was cancelled suddenly), and our airline took us to GIG. We were given a room that was comfortable but sadly the bathroom had a snag list as long as your arm. 1 no door architrave on inside. 2 Mirror light hanging free suspended by it’s wires. 3 No vent grille on extractor, just a big hole (and the thing didn’t cut out at all. 4 Towel rail so loose we dare not hang a towel on it. 5 Shower soap dispenser completely empty. Avoid end room 470 (4th floor).

Horrible no cambian las almohadas huelian mal el wifi es malo y en un sitio turístico ni el personal de el hotel sabe ni español ni inglés . Apenas una persona .. pero fue un desastre no lo recomiendo ni volvería ni loco a ese lugar .. más bien me tocó reservar en otro hotel aunq caro pero valió la pena .. fue la mejor decisión haberme ido de esa posilga ..
