Very friendly and helpful staff! They were kind and attentive to our needs. The hotel was extremely clean and we thoroughly enjoyed staying in it. The surrounding area was also very safe and accessible with various amenities such as transportation and dining nearby.

O atendimento do hotel foi excelente, funcionários muito atenciosos, educados e simpáticos. Localização é ótima, bem próximo do shopping de Botafogo. Tem bastante farmácias por perto. A vista da rua dá pro Cristo, é simplesmente muito lindo. Impossível se acostumar com as paisagens mágicas do Rio. Os pontos a melhorar são limpeza das roupas de cama, pois haviam manchas nos travesseiros e lençóis; limpeza do quarto também, havia alguns cabelos no chão e as paredes tem algumas manchas não sei se de umidade ou apenas sujeira mesmo. De resto foi tudo muito excelente. Voltaria outras vezes.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização, o tamanho dos quartos é ok, a recepção atenciosa mas precisa melhorar a infraestrutura dos quartos. Portas deterioradas, mofadas, duchinha solta, chuveiro antigo, vazamentos, tampa de bacia de má qualidade. Tudo precisando de manutençãoe/ou troca. Os travesseiros são pessimos, da pior qualidade. Lencois e toalhas ok.
