Hotel muito simples, mas de excelente localização
Hotel beeeeem básico, muito simples, mas que para nosso objetivo atendeu bem. A localização é excelente (em frente à estação de metrô do Catete) e tem bastante coisa por perto tanto de "facilidades" como restaurantes, lanchonetes, farmácias, supermercados, etc, como também opções de turismo.

Excelente custo beneficio para pernoite
Estrutura antiga com instalações bastante simples. Cama muito confortavel (neste quesito superou as minhas expectativas). O banheiro lembrou a minha infancia: chuveiro pia e privada competindo no mesmo espaço. As instalacoes mais se assemelham a uma pensao do que hotel, mas apesar dos ambientes rusticos e acabamentos gastos e aparente infiltracao nas areas molhadas, o quarto em que me hospedei eh de uma limpeza impecavel. Para viagens de negocio e estudos de uma pernoite, as diarias sao excelentes.

Barato e muito bem localizado (em frete o metrô Catete), mas parece aquelas pousadas de beira de estrada: não tem muito conforto e o banheiro muito pequeno onde a água do chuveiro bate no vaso sanitário.

Confirmei antecipadamente para me sentir segura para viajar e estava tudo registrado sobre a minha estadia, corretamente e pedi o favor se caso pudessem, que a suíte fosse no térreo, devido meu problema de joelho e coluna, tendo sido atendida prontamente e sou muito grata, tendo posteriormente desfrutado de ambiente limpo e confortável e excelente café da manhã. Bom custo benefício, boa localização. Ponto negativo para as escadas estreitas para os quartos do andar mais alto, dificultando se você tiver malas... No quarto que hospedamos era necessário subir na cama para regular o ar condicionado.
