Ótima localização para Maratona do Rio
O objetivo da estadia neste hotel foi o de estar em um local próximo à chegada da Maratona do Rio realizada no dia 18/06. Para esta finalidade o hotel atendeu muito bem a expectativa em função da localização. Como o público do hotel nesse final de semana acredito que era praticamente de participantes da corrida, e a largada sendo bem cedo, o hotel disponibilizou o café da manhã às 04:00 da manhã. E isso considerei um ponto positivo no atendimento deles.

Ubicación excelente, a una cuadra del metro y a otra del parque y playa de Flamengo, sector muy tranquilo y seguro. Muy buen desayuno, el hotel tiene que ocuparse de algunos detalles simples pero necesarios (en el baño de nuestra habitación no había un porta papel higienico). La atención y ayuda de Leandro y Yuberto, excelente. Otro detalle, pedí cama matrimonial y juntaron dos camas single y las unieron con un cobertor que evitaba que se separaran al medio pero las dimensiones eran mayores que el tamaño de las sabanas por lo que estas terminaban saliéndose de todos lados, si unen dos camas single deben usar sabanas King de lo contrario no sirven.

Fantastic location. The bus and train are only a block away. The place is perfect for the price I paid. I was traveling solo and only needed a place to rest for a couple nights...... if you are at a light sleeper, you can hear a lot from other rooms..... and I meant a lot of moaning and the elevator going up and down. Cheap and good location
Good hotel that delivered what it was supposed to compared to price. Our aircondition unit was a bit loud and made a squeaking noise. Room also had a roof fan that helped wrt circulation

Decepcionante!
Muito barulho. Os funcionários ficam falando alto e até gritando nos corredores, não respeitando o silêncio necessário para com os hóspedes. No banheiro, o vaso sanitário estava entupido. Constrangedor. No café da manhã pouca variedade. O mesmo bolo nos dois dias q estive hospedada no hotel. Não recomendo à ninguém. Não vale o preço cobrado. O elevador fazendo barulho noite toda.

Experiência boa
Tivemos problemas com ar condicionado com 1 hora de uso e prontamente trocaram de apartamento - o que não deixa de ser um incômodo. No segundo quarto, infelizmente não tinha água quente no chuveiro e como não queríamos mais uma troca, a solução da equipe foi o empréstimo do banheiro de um quarto vazio. No final esses detalhes fazem a diferença e por isso a nota não é mais alta. Entretanto, como balança, o atendimento da equipe é perfeita, o café da manhã é justo, a localização é muito boa, com fácil acesso ao metrô, lojas e alimentação variada. Enfim, uma boa experiência por um preço honesto. Fica o aviso aos donos para esses pequenos detalhes que no final fazem a diferença para uma nota excelente.
