Pois é, pessoal! Lí os comentários e as avaliações e mesmo assim resolvi arriscar, imaginando que não aconteceria comigo. Mas aconteceu! Faltou toalha. Só depois de muita insistência que ela foi fornecida. Mesmo assim, a toalha estava encardida e com lavagem duvidosa. Além disso, me colocaram em um quarto com box quebrado e sem água no chuveiro. Tive que reclamar muito para me trocarem de quarto. Em ambos os quartos, o barulho do ar condicionado parecia uma turbina de avião e, para finalizar a desagradável estadia, os colchões são velhos e moles. Sinceramente, não vale o custo-benefício.

Morosidade no check in devido haver apenas uma pessoa para atender um número enorme de pessoas, porém, atendimento dos recepcionista, em especial, a Gabriela, maravilhoso, gentil, humana e mesmo com um monte de gente reclamando, soube atender com excelência e qualidade. Nota dez a todos os profissionais do hotel. Café da manhã espetacular. Probleminha apenas nas acomodações do tipo, chuveiro não aquecer, wi-fi não funcionar e elevadores morosos. Fomos trocados de quarto prontamente. Põe trás a administração creio que esteja a desejar porém a equipe da linha de frente, é top mesmo.

Quarto com iluminação defeituosa, cortina mofada, não havia cobertores nem colcha ou manta para se cobrir, foi utilizado dois lençóis de solteiro para forrar a cama de casal, água com pouca pressão, movimento excessivo nós apartamentos após as 23:00. Check in demorado, só ocorreu após as 14:35h com diversos hóspedes aguardando.

Hotel nao tinha toalhas no quarto,foi solicitado várias vezes na recepção e o mesmo informando que iriam entregar, no final depois de 6 hrs querendo tomar um banho, desci mais uma vez na recepção e foram entregues toalhas sujas e manchadas,enfum mso volto mais ,porque já tive outros aborrecimentos em outras ocasiões

Lamentável , ficamos hora na recepção para fazer check in, ao ser atendida fui informada que não havia o quarto escolhido disponível, que teria que aguardar.. depois de hora consegui resolver... O hotel parece estar abandonado, sem toalhas no quarto, quartos mal limpos .. telefone para falar com a recepção não funciona.. a satisfação do cliente fica sempre em primeiro lugar , FEEDBACk falando tudo para que possam estar melhorando o serviço de vocês

Não gastem seu dinheiro
Péssimo, checkin demora uma eternidade, o quarto n tinha edredom e nem toalha, a cama um horror. Fui na recepção duas vezes pedir toalhas e falaram que tinha um problema com a lavanderia, vieram me entregar à noite, mas sem o edredom. Cartão não funciona direito, café da manhã sem pratos suficientes. Nunca voltarei.
