Since the beginning of our stay in the apartment I could feel how there was something wrong. The landlady changed the original apartment to another one without any notice. Internet didnt work during the whole staying. It was noticed to the landlady who never managed to get it sorted. we have also issues with the boiler that was also told without any action more than a whatsapp message on why she thought the issue was. We had a couple visiting for few days and even we rented the whole flat she wanted us to pay more for them.
The checkout day the landlady came on time and due the boiler issues and the couple she took the most of the deposit not giving any invoice or justification (more than a piece of paper without any kind of legal validity).
The experience was terrible and i would not recommend it. There are many other properties in Copacabana to enjoy this fantastic neighborhood.
