Muito bem localizado e funcionários muito prestativos e educados. As instalações são antigas, mas tudo funciona bem. A cama também é confortável e, o ar condicionando é bem potente, o que é fundamental no verão do Rio de Janeiro.

Estivemos pela segunda vez no Hotel. Infelizmente, dessa vez, o quarto parecia ter sido destinado a fumantes. O odor estava muito forte e desagradável. No mais, é muito bem localizado, com funcionários atenciosos e com excelente custo x benefício

Barulho e falta de manutenção arruinaram a estadia
O hotel seria bom, se não fosse o fato de nos colocarem em um quarto de frente para uma casa de shows, o que tornou a madrugada insuportável por causa do barulho, impedindo nosso descanso. Além disso, o ar-condicionado do quarto fazia um barulho estranho no meio da noite, como se estivesse prestes a explodir. Descobrimos que outros quartos do hotel têm ar-condicionado mais moderno e não ficam voltados para essa casa de eventos barulhenta (sei disso porque minha prima reservou um quarto uma semana depois e teve uma experiência excelente). De resto como café da manhã, limpeza, atendimento e cordialidade nota 10!

Fiquei com minha família em um quarto, o hotel é limpo, o atendimento é excepcional, a localização é próxima a praia e bares e restaurantes, único adendo é que no box do banheiro o local onde se coloca os sabonetes e etc tá quebrando e o sabonete fica caindo, acaba sendo ruim pois não tem onde colocar o sabonete etc, é necessário consertar.

Considerei o Café da manhã com alimentos de qualidade mediana. Tenho certeza que se houver boa vontade podem melhorar qualidade dos pães, bolos e outros. O queijo branco era de muito baixa qualidade. Os atendentes do hotel eram muito atenciosos e educados.

A localização do hotel é excelente, próximo ao comércio, praia, restaurantes, transporte público. Local bem tranquilo e arborizado. O atendimento dos funcionário foi cordial e educado, não tenho o que reclamar. A limpeza, a primeira vista é limpo, mas apareceu uma pequena barata no banheiro, achei que poderia ser um incidente, mas observei que no corredor havia filhotes de barata morto, ao sair para tomar o café, então pode ser que não seja um caso isolado. E o travesseiro tinha cheiro de suor. O ar condicionado, causou um pouco de incomodo, pois ficou muito frio e não tem controle para regular a temperatura, então tinha que ligar e desligar várias vezes. O quarto é espaçoso, só que a decoração é escura e antiga, precisa de uma renovação. Achei a luz um pouco fraca também, mas nada grave.
