We feel alike staying in between amazing nature and historical castle. Also thanks for Juliana being such friendly and super nice. "Excelente local, infra estrutura para adultos excelente. Fomos em all inclusive e fomos surpresos pela qualidade da comida (bebidas nao inclusas). Piscinas adultos e infantis enormes com spa e ofuro para adultos. Porem a parte infantil encontrava-se sem manutencao, aparentando abandonada. Esse foi nosso unico lamento. Funcionarios cordiais e atenciosos. Voltaremos com certeza caso a parte infantil seja rejuvenescida."

"This property urgently needs a renovation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very old and have mold in the room and bathroom. The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous. My husband and I found us self in very dangerous position. I talked to the hotel...

"Good stay overall, staff were super friendly. The building really needs a renovation, a lot of water damage around, the floor in our room was buckling. Door handle to the bathroom fell off but that was because the bolt needed to be tightened as it was an extremely old door handle. Breakfast was decent. They just need to send a handyman around to each room and go over everything to make sure it’s in working order. Also a coat of paint would go a long way to making the place look better. "

"Room is spacious king size bed but two single beds together. Breakfast is very good, internet not so good, had to go out of the room to connect. Good restaurant with good dining options, outside area of the hotel is nice"

"We enjoyed this modern hotel in the city center with all the modern amenities and furniture. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was convenient and generous. We also appreciated it’s location as it was walking distance to all of the attractions we wanted to visit in Petropolis. I would suggest to request a room in the upper floors or a room facing away from the street due to some noise from the traffic. We would definitely recommend staying here."
