"You can still see the luxury and opulence that this mountain estate once represented. We felt it everywhere for the week we stayed. But it was the management that made us feel most special. Ricardo and his family took us in and showed us a type of hospitality that we can only describe as gracious. "My experience with the team! Gabriel, Chris and Milagros made sure I was accomodated with assurance knowing I would land at 2am. Milagros stayed up until I made it in the room and had everything I needed. While on property Leslie was excellent. Answered all my questions and provided me with everything I needed. "Noisy lobby with a full blown party going on when we arrived for check-in. It was difficult to even talk with the employee who was checking us in because we could not hear each other over the noise. I did not hear the noise in the bedroom, but I did hear everything that went on in the nextdoor room, Property is OK for a one-night stay but not much more. "
