We had a great time with great views of the ocean from our patio. The pool was nice and the people super. We enjoyed Rincon and all the food choices. Overall, a very nice holiday.

This property worked out well for our stay in Rincon. Basically a private beach, quiet building with a great view... Excellent base for all the area has to offer. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were nice. The view from the apartment was wonderful overlooking the ocean. There was a small beach next to the complex where you could swim in ocean.

Rundown neighborhood, condominium not well kept, not enough clean towels or sheets, hard to open closets doors, rugs not properly clean, ants, beach not easy accessible due to not railings to hold on, very noisy air conditioners and last but not least last night of the trip lights went out that night and we left and they were still out. 950 Pelican Reef rating is a-0.

First Rate Option in Rincon
Very well appointed, comfortable 2/2 with a view of the Caribbean Sea. Quiet location, accessible to local restaurants, bars, and beaches. This was our second stay at this apartment, and it won't be our last. Highly recommended.

The apartment was well laid out and was great for 2 friends traveling. The apartment was sparking clean and well kitted out. Particularly loved the balcony. More clarity on the key box and some day one coffee would have been appreciated.

Great Location, Beautiful Complex
Two couples rented this condo for a week. There was plenty of room and a nice kitchen. There is cable and WiFi included. We loved the beach and pool area as well as the assigned parking. It is secure and close to everything. Very nice to have beach chairs and beach towels and a cooler.

Great Vacation Spot
Great vacation spot, quiet location. Not easy accessibility to the beach however; the steps/plank leading to the beach are not very safe. The aesthetics of the apartment are beautiful; however there were some things in the apartment that were not working properly; 1 A.C in the livingroom/kitchen area did not work and the A.C in the smaller bedroom did not work properly. All in all it was a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the pool area.

perfect location for beaches, snorkeling, etc
We stayed 4 weeks at Javier's and it was a perfeçt place, the condo is close to everything, The condo is very comfortable, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were provided and were very practical. You can't really sit on the beach at the condo as the time and erosion made the beach disapered, this is unfortunaltey but if you like snorkeling as we did, you can snorkel directly from the small beach which was magical. This month has been magical, Thanks Javier

The interior of the condo in very modern and very nice. The pool grounds are clean and maintained. Beds are very very firm. Shower in guest bathroom leaked quite a bit into the floor. Overall stay was great just a few little quirks.

First Rate Rincon Rental
The apartment was very clean and has tasteful modern décor, the online photos are accurate. The grounds are well-kept, the pool was perfect. There is a small beach off the pool area. We loved the location, just far enough from town so its not too noisy, just a short drive to several local beaches, restaurants and bars. Javier replied very quickly whenever we had questions. Thanks for letting us use your apartment during our stay in Rincon. We would definitely stay here again.
