Landing View 304 with beautiful roof top terrace

Gorgeous townhome walking distance from Sandy Beach and great surf breaks! The unit has three levels that are divided between bedrooms, living area, and rooftop terrace. The whole unit is private just for you and there is plenty of space to sleep 6 comfortably. Each room has an air conditioner and there is WiFi throughout the unit. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. There is a Sofa-bed in the living room for the 7th guest.

Enjoy over 2300 sq ft of space! Our place is relaxing and close to everything. The rooftop terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the evening after having fun at the beach all day. The terrace has a grill, an outdoor sitting area, and a half bathroom.

The condominium has a swimming pool (shared) and outdoor showers. There is parking space for 3 cars.

We are just a phone call away!

Known for its surfing and great nightlife, Puntas is the best location for your vacations in Rincon.

A rental car is highly recommended and needed.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

The property fit our needs perfectly. The overall accommodations were great. Area beach is walking distance from the property but a rental car is recommended to venture further out from the immediate neighborhood.

My family loved everything about staying here! The house was clean and comfortable. The third floor outdoor space was great for grilling and relaxing all together. We also loved how easy it was to access the beach. There are a couple of restaurants and bars nearby that were easy to walk to. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

So close to the beach!

Good location and spacious place for family of 5. The third floor deck was very nice.. The only down side is that there is no cable and only one TV. The only TV is in the kitchen area and it did not work properly. I would recommend they put at least one more TV and consider cable so that renters can watch the local news.

This was a great & quiet place! I would suggest leaving a few more wash clothes and removing the tiny dead bugs from the living room. Overall a lovely home & close to beach restaurants and Sandy Beach.

Property was wonderful. Exactly what we expected and perfect for. Few Nights to enjoy Rincon. There is a nightclub that is right above and very loud into the evening so if looking for peace and quiet this is not your spot.
