Pure sun and sea from morning till night! Our house is modernly equipped, but still has the typical Andalusian charm. All rooms with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV in the living room. Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, etc. Own private, covered parking space. Pets are not allowed. Traffic-free urbanisation, walking distance to the house 100 metres. A nice big sitting area and a sunny indoor terrace complete the offer. Pamper yourself and enjoy the proximity to the sea, town and restaurants.

The house is built in the urbanization "Balcon de Malaga" and is situated on a hill which separates the town Rincon de la Victoria from the district La Cala del Moral. Connected to the kilometre-long beach promenade of Rincon de la Victoria, the accommodation is a highlight for both sports enthusiasts and strollers. From mid-June to mid-September, you can use the new swimming pool on our urbanization free of charge, subject to reservation. However, due to water shortages, the government may prohibit the filling of private swimming pools. Speaking of the urbanization: Along the walkways and in the meeting places you will discover numerous, lovingly tended exotic flowers and plants.

Several large stretches of beach with soft sand invite you to sunbathe. View, tranquillity, no street noise, proximity to the sea, promenade in front of the house, communal gardens and squares, swimming pool and many other good features will make the house your best holiday experience.

Only one kilometre away is the entrance to the Cueva del Tesoro, the only underwater cave in Europe (only three are known worldwide). A visit is worthwhile in any weather.

From the airport "Costa del Sol" Malaga to the house you drive in 25 minutes. Two motorway access roads are less than 2 kilometres away. Thanks to your own covered parking space near the house (100 metres) you don't have to worry about free parking spaces. The bus (Bus stop 200 metres from the house) takes you directly to Malaga city within 20 minutes only.
