Apartment on the Beach With Private Patio

Relax surrounded by plants in this apartment with a private patio and numbered parking space at the door just a few meters from the beach, which is accessed from the side of the building. Wide beach, with beach bars nearby and a beautiful promenade of several kilometers, wonderful to walk. Perfect for the relax, enjoy and recharge your batteries plan. Bus stop at the door. It is ideal for children because they can play safely and the little furry ones will be happy always being outdoors. The apartment has direct access without stairs and, in addition to parking, it has air conditioning in all rooms, WIFI with fiber optics, Smart TV, sun loungers, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker and everything you need for a perfect trip.

The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Of course we have closets in both rooms. The kitchen has a washing machine, refrigerator, toaster, mixer, electric kettle, microwave and all the necessary utensils for both cooking and eating. The bathroom has a shower, hair dryer and we provide soap and shampoo. The patio measures 75 square meters and has a shower to remove the sand when you return from the beach or simply cool off. The house has a numbered parking space. We supply all the bed and bath linens necessary for your stay.

Nearby is the Mercadona supermarket less than 100m away, along with a pharmacy and a Chinese bazaar, as well as several restaurants such as La Granja, Los Pinos or La Biznaga.

Right in front of the building is the bus stop that takes you directly to the center of Malaga in less than 30 minutes.
The beach is accessed through the side of the building. It has a parking space on a numbered surface.

CHECKING - CHECKOUT
Key delivery takes place directly at the house. A person will greet you to show you the house, give you the key and give you a little interesting information about the area.
The entry time is as follows:
- From 12:00 to 20:00. Exceptions:
- Between 12:00 and 16:00 there is a possibility that the house will not be ready because guests could leave that same day. In this case, a normal check-in will be carried out: handing over keys, leaving luggage, even changing clothes, but then you have to leave the accommodation until it is finished, maximum 4:00 p.m., but as soon as it is ready we will notify you.
- From 20:00 to 00:00 a supplement of €30 must be paid in cash upon arrival.
- From 00:00 to 1:00 you have to pay a supplement of €50 in cash at the time of entry.
- We do not receive after 1:00.
- Depending on the circumstances, it is possible to enter before 12 noon. Ask.
