"We had booked a space that was supposed to sleep 6 people (3 couples) but the pull out couch seemed to be broken and wouldn't pull out at all. Thankfully one of the couples had to cancel and we didn't need it. There was a twin bed in a small room off the master bedroom, awkwardly through a closet or other small room, that had a window but no curtain. "We contacted the host the day before we arrived to get check-in instructions and he denied we had a booking, even though we paid months earlier and had a receipt and booking confirmation. Our family of six was left rushing to find alternative accommodation at the last minute and are still waiting for a refund. Not happy."

"Absolutely loved this luxury apartment with an amazing view of the river. The apartment was well furnished and they provided a wonderful breakfast each day of our stay . We also receive two welcome gifts- a bottle of wine and a beautiful book about Cesky Krumlov. They also provided a free mini bar. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience!"
