À ne pas recommander
Hôtel bien situé en bord de mer. Et ça sera le seul point positif que je donnerai à ce séjour. À votre arrivée on vous demandera de régler tous les frais de séjour, la climatisation si vous la souhaitez. Cependant on vous coupera la climatisation pendant la nuit, prétextant une panne. À noter, Que vous pouvez prendre une douche en même tant que faire vos besoins, puisque que le pommeau de douche ce situe juste au-dessus Cet hôtel, est fréquenté par des prostitués qui font leurs affaires avec leurs clients à côté de votre chambre, les gens alcoolisés et les femmes de ménages vous réveille pendant la nuit ou au levé du jours 6h du matin en claquant les portes à de nombreuses reprises, et pour notre part nous avons eu un chien en pleine nuit qui est rentré dans notre chambre. Autant vous dire que nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit. Notre séjour était initialement prévu pour deux nuits, nous avons dû passer plus de cinq heures au téléphone avec le service client pour pouvoir être remboursé de la future nuit. Sur cet avis j’espère que votre séjour se passera beaucoup mieux que nous.

Allora vi dico solo che nn c’era un telecomandò per la tv... delle pulizie nn parliamo proprio...nn che faceva schifo la camera ....faceva schifo tutto Hotel se si po chiamare Hotel... parcheggio inesistente.....una delusione...nn andrò mai più e sconsigliò proprio.

ORRIBILE ! Albergatrice scostumata, aggressiva e razzista . Nonostante il pagamento effettuato e pervenuto dalla struttura prima dell'arrivo siamo stati animatamente invitati ad aspettare ore o andare via perdendo i soldi O.O ! al termine del soggiorno abbiamo trovato l'albergatrice agitarsi a mo di portiere dinanzi alla porta d'uscita urlandoci contro nel dover lasciare costi extra non accordati prima .

assa di soggiorno pagata 1,50 al giorno per persona, mentre il sito parla di 0,70 cent) Arrivata in camera troviamo un caldo allucinante, ci siamo resi conto che nel prezzo non era compresa l'aria condizionata (come riportato da expedia). La pulizia della camera non era delle migliori: le lenzuola macchiate (alone di 15 cm e macchioline di sangue) fatte cambiare immediatamente con tanto di scuse! Cassetti da pulire (in uno ho trovato anche un asciugamano dietro al cassetto, che non si chiudeva). Nel terrazzo presenza di un sigaro, rimasto li per tutti e 4 i giorni di soggiorno (nonostante la segnalazione), oltretutto non c'era la possibilità di stendere la biancheria. Camera da letto di circa 10 mq (quando expedia parla di camere da 15 mq), in camera c'è un unica presa elettrica per cui serve avere una ciabatta con più prese! Bagno con finestrella che da sul corridoio dell'hotel con soffione doccia appeso tra gabinetto e bidet, per cui ogni volta che ti lavi, lavi anche i sanitari! La colazione (pagata a parte) non troppo selezionata. Non c'è parcheggio in hotel (se non per 2/3 macchine ma si trova qualcosa nei dintorni (a pagamento). Vicino al mare, appena 2 minuti a piedi. Ottima la convenzione con il bagno 99 per ombrellone e sdraio! Gianni ed Eugenia hanno cercato di "rimediare" ai vari disguidi ma quello che vorrei dire è che non avrei mai fatto pernottamento in questo albergo se avessi saputo in anticipo quanto segnalato sopra.

da non tornare
al momento della prenotazione nel sito era una camera con tre letti da scegliere in che modo sistemarli , ho chiesto quindi che la stanza venisse preparata con un letto singolo e uno matrimoniale in modo che uno dei due stesse comodo , invece la stanza era con un solo letto matrimoniale piccolissima , un bagno così piccolo da non avere la doccia da sola ma una semplice doccetta che se la usavi avresti lavato anche il bagno. sia le lenzuola che il copriletto erano macchiati .

Albergo buono pochi passi dal mare
Semplice albergo a carattere familiare. I gestori sono gentili, sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta del cliente. Una colazione abbondante, pranzo e cena in un ristorante convenzionato, si mangia molto bene e con buon prezzo. Hotel è pulito , vicino al mare, la spiaggia ben attrezzata , gestori sono molto cortesi, solo l'aria condizionata viene pagata separatamente, e i posti auto sono limitati, ma se si accetta All Inclusive, tutti servizi sono inclusi nel prezzo. Insomma, tutto c'e per una buona vacanza. Se vuoi trascorrere una vacanza rilassante, affrettatevi a prenotare all' hotel Alberta.

La struttura è molto semplice; in zona tranquilla
Insoddisfatti dell'assistenza. All'arrivo abbiamo chiesto dove poter lasciare la moto e ci è stato risposto che si poteva lasciare ai lati del cancello dell'hotel mentre in realtà abbiamo dovuto spostarla tutte e due le sere perché vi era una loro macchina che a detta dell'albergatore ostruiva il passaggio - cosa non vera perché era stata posta ai margini del muro accanto. Risultato: siamo stati disturbati in camera, siamo dovuti uscire, spostare il mezzo e parcheggiarlo in fondo alla strada, da dove era impossibile averlo sotto controllo. Aria condizionata a pagamento, non comunicato all'arrivo. Non ci è stato segnalato se vi era un wi-fi a disposizione della clientela. I bagni delle foto sono il contrario di quello che ci è stato dato...la doccia era posizionata sul bidet, i sanitari venivano completamente inondati d'acqua mentre si faceva la doccia.
