Beautiful and bright newly renovated apartment just a few meters from the sea, carefully finished and designed specifically for guests. Equipped with every comfort, from the Nespresso machine to the cappuccinatore, fans, air conditioning, washing machine, big screen TV and internet fiber. Fifth floor with a lift with a large perimeter terrace with a beautiful view of San Marino and fantastic sunsets, 30 meters from the beach. Quiet area and well stocked with restaurants, bars, shops and markets.
For the summer period includes 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella on the beach.

Schöner Urlaub mit der Familie
Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit der Familie in einer schöne Wohnung. Die Vermieterin Annalisa ist eine sehr liebevolle und nette Person. Man konnte jederzeit mit ihr kommunizieren. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön mit einem schönen Ausblick. Danke und wir kommen gerne zurück

Alles gut, Wohnung in der 5. Etage mit Blick zur Landseite. Aufzug, wenn auch sehr klein und alt, hält direkt neben der Eingangstür.
