Lovely apartment
Very clean, the hosts provided basic cooking necessities and towels and were great with answering our questions and being easy to contact. It doesn’t have the best view but that’s okay if you’re out exploring all day. Thanks for having us!

Schöner Urlaub in Rimini
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war freundlich. Die Wohnung, im Gebäudekomplex aus wahrschleinlich Eigentumswohnungen, ist schön und mit allem ausgestattet was man für den Urlaub braucht. Wir haben die Wohnung Ende Oktober/Anfang November genutzt aus Ausgangsbasis für Besichtigungen in Rimini Altstadt, Santarcangelo und San Marino. Hat alles sehr gut gepasst.

Carino, peccato per la musica
Appartamento carino e ben tenuto, bagno piccolo (soprattutto la doccia), comodo il parcheggio e a 2 minuti reali a piedi dalla spiaggia. Peccato per l'affaccio sulla piscina e sul parco giochi di un hotel, con musica e animazione a tutte le ore (acquagym, baby dance, gioco aperitivo ecc ecc dalle 10 alle 22) che impedisce di rilassarsi

Die Wohnung war praktisch und sauber. Nicht bewusst war uns die Lage in der 2. Etage ohne Fahrstuhl. Ein absoluter Pluspunkt war die Klimaanlage und der Parkplatz in der Anlage. Die Lage ist zum Strand top. Das sonstige Umfeld sind Bettenburgen. In der Umgebung findet man auch gut kleinere Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants. Das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz mit Bus und Metro ist gut zu erreichen.

Volevamo passare le vacanze in famiglia. All'arrivo siamo stati accolti con molta gentilezza e cortesia dalla proprietaria, che ci ha fatto vedere l'appartamento, lasciandoci al nostro agio. Appartamento ben arredato, molto completo, pulito. Vicinissimo al mare, ristoranti, negozi. Ci siamo trovati bene con il posto, con l'appartamento e con la proprietaria, che è una persona molto gentile e disponibile.

Se vuoi passare le tue ferie o anche qualche giorno a Rimini questo è l’appartamento giusto! Confortevole, iper climatizzato, buoni spazi e un bel balcone! L’host gentile e super disponibile! Unico piccolissimo appunto non era il wi-fi…ma qualche volta bisogna staccare da tutto!!😉 Zona tranquilla vicinissima al mare con tutto quello che ti può servire!..meglio di così!(ah parcheggio dentro lo stabile…e per chi è stato a Rimini sa cosa vuol dire parcheggiare a Rimini!!☠️

Es war von der Wohnung her und der Entfernung um Meer alles ok. Es konnte aber nirgends erkannt werden dass die Wohnung im zweiten Stock liegt und mein Partner ist gehbehindert.

Hervorragende Unterkunft in direkter Nähe zum Strand
Wir waren nun zum dritten Mal in Folge in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber, ordentlich und sehr gepflegt. Der Balkon ist geräumig und lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per solo 2 giorni, ma ci siamo trovati veramente bene. La signora Giusy è stata molto disponibile e ci ha fatto trovare l'alloggio pulito ed accogliente. Nota positiva il parcheggio riservato all'interno della proprietà. Sicuramente torneremo per una vacanza più lunga. Marco

Sehr schönes Apartment in unmittelbarer Strandnähe
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch ein späterer Check-In durch eine Verzögerung wegen Stau war überhaupt kein Problem. Das Apartment ist top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Anlage ist mit einem großen elektrischen Tor vor Unbefugten geschützt. Zum Strand muss man nur ein paar Meter laufen. Das Apartment kann ich nur weiter empfehlen, es ist top!

Il soggiorno è stato ottimo
L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort,arredato con gusto moderno,la proprietaria puntualissima al nostro arrivo, ci ha consegnato le chiavi e l'appartamento in ottime condizioni.Molto utile il posto macchina all'interno del residence,.inoltre il mare è davvero a 50 metri.
