Beautiful chalet in a holiday park by a pond

The chalets at Buitenplaats Holten, a small-scale holiday park, are of high quality and in a lovely setting. All the different types are located on or very close to the pond. You have the choice of various types. The Korhoen type is available in a 4-person variant with 2 bedrooms (NL-7462-01) as well as a 6-person variant with 3 bedrooms (NL-7462-02). The 6-person variant of the type Twente (NL-7462-03) offers even more space. All accommodations are equipped with most contemporary conveniences and offer a view of the pond from the living room. And of course you have your own garden and terrace with garden furniture.

Die Erwartungshaltung war bei 7 Tagen und über 800€ schon groß. Die Anfahrt und Ausschilderung ist in Ordnung da gibt es keine Probleme.Die Einfahrt zum Park macht leider nicht so einen schönen Eindruck. Etwas zugewachsen und die ersten Meter sind nicht gepflastert. Wir wurden höflichst und sehr nett empfangen. Der Pool am Anfang vom Park ist sauber und reicht vollkommen aus.Unser Haus Nr.9 ist eines der älteren Häuser im Park. Ein Fallrohr von der Dachrinne fehlt und das Wasser von der Dachrinne wird über die Terrasse abgeleitet. Dadurch ist eine Terrassenplatte schon abgesackt. Einige der Gartenmöbel müssten auch mal ersetzt werden,da beschädigt. Innen ist alles sauber. Das kleine Bad ist modern eingerichtet.Die Küchenzeile ist auch in Ordnung.Leider fehlt aber die Spülmaschine.(Steht in der Beschreibung). Die Mikrowelle hat auch schon ihre besten Jahre hinter sich und müsste dringend mal erneuert werden. Einige Glühbirnen sind defekt und die Matratzen na ja, wären auch mal dran. Dann viel am 4 Tag noch das Wlan aus,was bis zur Abfahrt nicht wieder funktionierte. Die Geschmäcker sind ja unterschiedlich. Aber Allgemein hatten wir uns mehr von diesen Urlaub versprochen,schade.

Aankomst was niet makkelijk. Sleutel zat in een kastje met code. Was ons onbekend. Contact kregen we niet met een persoon die ons zou kunnen helpen. Chalet was niet schoon. Veel stof en dode vliegen op kasten. Onder bedden en banken niet schoon gemaakt. Buitenkussens waren vies. Geen inventarisatielijst en Wificode aanwezig. Geen vaatwasmachine, wel vermeld. Douche wand was stuk. Er zou een nieuwe besteld zijn maar was nog niet geleverd Doucheputje was verstopt. Raam van slaapkamer stond open maar was defect en kon niet dicht. Eerste dag gemeld. Zou naar gekeken worden. Niemand gezien ondanks enkele malen gevraagd. Omgeving was goed maar iedere ochtend om vijf uur twee hanen kraaien was niet leuk. Die bevonden zich op het terrein.
