"The hotel is just off the main shopping area so there are lots of places to get food and drinks nearby. It was also within walking distance of the massive christmas market (this was one of the reason I chose it). On first view the inside of the hotel looks quite dated - lots of dark wood everywhere. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful.We were given a room at the front of the hotel on the first floor. "I requested and was granted without hesitation a room change due to the allocated room not being suitable. GREAT breakfast- the best omelette I’ve had in Deutschland. Spacious, clean rooms. Close to HBF but with luggage you will need a taxi. Bistro restaurant is a bonus as you don’t need to leave the hotel for food. Taxis waiting outside the front entrance of the hotel. Will come back here "
