Upon initial inspection of room: cockroach found in the tub, open drywall around outlet and cobwebs around the bed, very worn sheets, didn't dare stay. Went to desk to report and asked to reverse checkin. 3 attendants there including what appeared to be the owner who said he lived there. Refused to give back copy of my ID

Room was very dated, cobwebs and bugs on the walls. Bedding smelled like body odor. Telephone and TV did not work. No toilet paper or towels in the bathroom. The place was absolutely horrible!
