"We had to stay in Basel for one night due to a sudden change in vacation plans and chose Pullman due to its convenient location and high ratings. And the hotel did not disappoint. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable (especially, the beds). The breakfast had many tasty options, so everyone in our family found foods that they liked. The staff were very attentive. The hotel is conveniently located near a tram line, close to the city center and the train station. We could even glimpse the Muenster from our room! Importantly, despite proximity to the tram tracks, the noise was not bothersome in the least. We really enjoyed our stay and will consider staying at the Pullman in the future. "
