"They have always been so kind and the facility is always clean (and still is). I had to ask for towels and wash cloths the last couple of visits, which I found odd. But they didn’t question it and apologized. I will still return for my visits. Always clean, beds are so comfortable, room is spacious. ..."

Overall, the location was perfect. There were several fast food restaurants near and there's a pharmacy, Buckee's, Goodwill, and car wash right around the corner. Overall I enjoyed Richmond.
