The space
Centrally located and great for anyone that needs a stylish, affordable and comfortable month-to-month option for a fellowship, term contract, or in relocation transition, etc. The apartment includes a living room, equipped kitchen, full sized loft bed (please note any accessibility limitations using the ladder), dresser, large desk/ work area, generous closet storage, super fast wifi and micro bathroom with shower. While the bed is a double, it can be tight for more than one person. Please consider this before booking. Rates include mandatory bi-weekly refreshes/ cleanings for all long-term stays. This little studio is a 450 sf workhorse!

Guests enter through main shared hallway. There’s off street parking in rear. Free street parking is also available.
Other things to note
Please note that the loft bed is only accessible via ladder. Please be comfortable and physically able to climb an 8 foot ladder. Removing shoes is preferred and appreciated. We are an eco-minded listing. We believe in recycling (so please do so), reusable tote bags, eco-friendly cleansers when possible, cleaning rags instead of paper towels, minimizing waste in general and being respectful of our neighbors. TV is not provided in this listing.
