Our space boasts two separate bedrooms, each containing a queen bed and a television paired with a Roku streaming device for your entertainment needs. Linens provided.
One full sized bathroom with a tub/shower combo, toilet and sink. Bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.
The cozy living room with two loveseats is perfect for four to gather around the television for a movie night or play games together at the coffee table.
Steps away through the archway is the dining room which also seats four for an intimate dinner experience.
The kitchen contains a full-size fridge/freezer with basic condiments included such as salad dressing, ketchup, mustard, etc., oven, gas stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with k-cups provided and other basic cooking essentials to prepare and cook meals!
The spacious backyard is perfect for your furry dog friend who loves to run and play. It's fully fenced in, with a doghouse included.
The entirety of the space is accessible to guests minus an owner's closet in the master bedroom.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We only allow dogs; no cats. This is non-negotiable.
-Check-in time is 4:00pm.
-Check-out time is 10:00am.
-Quiet hours are between 10pm to 9am.
-No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking indoors is detected.
-Pets are allowed (dogs only).
-Please clean up after your dog.
-Please, no pets on furniture or beds. Pick up all droppings from the yard. Additional cleaning fee may be charged for excess pet hair, damage, or droppings in the yard due to pets.
-Please set the air-conditioning to 65 degrees (winter months) & 74 degrees (summer months) on departure.
-Please keep all exterior doors/windows shut when HVAC is running.
-Please dispose of all trash upon departure into exterior trash can(s).
-Please only place toilet paper in the toilet.
-Please strip beds and place all dirty towels, sheets & pillow cases in the laundry baskets.
-Please clean dishes/utensils and put back in cabinets/drawers prior to departure.
-Guest(s) shall leave the property in neat and undamaged condition. Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and/or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
-Owner is not responsible for articles left in the premises.
