Coming in town for a Richmond event? We are located conveniently close to I-295/I-95 for easy access to anywhere in Richmond. Here are a few key events and attractions:
- Greater Richmond Convention Center - 15-20 min drive (This hosts VCU graduation along with many other events during the year)
- Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden - 7 min drive
- Richmond Marathon Starting Line (1st and Broad Street)- ~16 minute drive (9 miles)

Guest access
This part of the house is private to you during your stay. There is an upstairs unit where one of the owners of the house lives with her son and two cats. They are quiet, but you may see them on the back deck or outside on the property at times.
The basement is not accessible for guests.
Please note that the fireplace is not workable at the moment. We are working to find someone to fix it.
