I had to switch rooms because I didn't want to be all the way in the back away from the elevator.
After I switched to 317 and was getting ready to get in the bed. I noticed that the sheets had stains on them and there was hair on the pillowcase. So, I called to the front desk to get new sheets delivered.
The front desk clerk stated that housekeeping had left since it was approaching 11pm, but he would have someone deliver the sheets.
Someone brought the sheets. However, the sheet set was too small (Queen size sheets). I had a King size bed. Also, he didn't bring pillowcases with the sheets.
Again, I called downstairs to make sure the front desk agent knew that the sheets were too small.
In addition to all of this taking place, the toilet was running all night. So, I wasn't able to get much sleep. My stay wasn't good at all.
Lastly, the breakfast selection was just ok. The best part of the stay was the convenience to everything, i.e., shopping, restaurants, etc.
