Visit VMFA and the Museum District
We visited Richmond to view the Faberge exhibit at VMFA on a trip. This location was a 15 minute walk away, accepted our dog, had parking and was perfect for our stay. Very nice hosts. Clean, pleasant and pretty well equipped. We’d stay again.

Overall good value
Great value for the location (right in the middle of The Fan district). Would stay again but would recommend limiting stay to about 3 days or may start to feel cramped. More ideas for going out/exploring vs working from the property. Desk is smaller and ideal for casually checking email vs working a full day. No entry mats was a bit weird. Was raining heavily so felt like I was tracking dirt everywhere especially when coming in from designated parking area.

Great value in a great location
My first VRBO. Much better than a hotel room for less money. Owner communicated clearly about expectations and how to check in/out. We walked to many of the attractions and restaurants/shopping, saved a bunch of driving. Overall delightful.

Comfy studio in lovely neighborhood
We spent 2 nights in Oct, as a base to take the 50 mile Virginia Capital bike trail. We enjoyed the walkability of the location and being among the gorgeous older homes in the Fan. The space was ample for 2 people, and there is plenty of parking behind the house.

Quaint cozy and great location
This apartment suite was perfect for my husband and me to spend the weekend in Richmond. We had a show to attend one night at the Altria and the next at the Broadberry and this apartment was centrally located to both along with the restaurants we went to. It had all the amenities and the bed was very comfortable. Since it is surrounded by other apartments our white noise machine came in very handy. The thermostat is not accessible but the host, who immediately replied to my messages, turned it down right away at my request. Parking and access were very easy. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

The apt was well equipped and comfortable. The parking on the premises was a huge bonus! Mei our host was fabulous to communicate with she responded right away to my questions. The Fan is a charming neighborhood.

My husband and I stayed here with my dog. We had everything we needed. Refrigerator, stove top, dishes, coffee with all the supplies, snacks, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, off street parking, 2 porches, quiet and convenient to everything, Hulu, Disney channel lots of natural light, ironing board, lots of pillows, and towels. Great place. We will definitely return.
