Welcome to your new home sweet home! This inviting and spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom gem is everything you've been searching for. Located in a friendly and family-oriented neighborhood, this residence offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in Richmond Hill. Just right across from Richmond Hill Recreation Complex (baseball diamonds, pickle ball, football, skate park, soccer field, playgrounds). Less than 5 min from downtown shops and restaurants and Publix grocery store. Easy access to I-95.

This house is very spacious - over 3000 square feet. In every room, you will never feel tight or squished. Updated interior with screened in back porch with bar and seating.

This residence boasts two dedicated office spaces, three designated living areas, 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.

There is a toy area for kids with toy and game selection. One of the bedroom has a crib and we also offer a travel crib to be used while guests stay.
